This is my personal review on The Visual Impact for Women by the well known personal fitness trainer Rusty Moore.

I wanted to write this review because I had found quite a lot of information on this program and to be honest there weren’t that many reviews around at the tine, well not that I could find anyway. So after I had thoroughly researched the program, liked what I found and then signed up for it, I thought why not write one so that anyone else who is looking at this product can more easily have the information I had.
The Visual Impact for Women program is more than just a program to help you improve your lower body, to get what marketers call ‘killer thighs’, it is a life changer. It is NOT a program that uses creams or potions or some MAGIC food that will instantly leave your hips, thighs and legs looking like a Las Vegas dancer. I know all about them because I tried a lot of quick fixes before and believe me you will be wasting time and money if you still fall for those ‘slimming’ cons.

Lose Thigh Fat – Exercises for Legs
Ladies are you plagued by lower body cellulite issues. Some women suffer it from an early age while many others get it later in life, usually after having children which often results in putting on lots of weight. Cellulite on legs can also worsen as time goes on especially if it’s treated incorrectly.
The market is swamped by so called “cellulite treatments” which are supposed to help get skinny legs, but very seldom do. These range from smartly named lotions to space-age body-pods found in “medi-spas”.
It is little wonder that unhappy women try far too many of these treatments to lose leg fat, often spending an enormous amount of money just trying to rid themselves of the dimpled, bumpy and ‘orange peel’ skin that usually happens in her butt, leg, hips and thigh areas.
What most women don’t realize is that no passive, chemical or organic treatment can get rid of cellulite, it’s simply not possible. This is because the cellulite we have on our bodies results from weak, mushy and under-toned muscles especially in the lower body.
When the muscles are withered and soft, the skin covering those muscles don’t have a layer of firm and tight support. This results in the skin buckling and showing ‘dents’ which experts have given the name ‘cellulite’ to.
Therefore, cellulite is just a word to describe the appearance of all the uneven bumps and dimples on the female lower body. As it is a muscle-tone problem, the best and only way to get rid of cellulite is by firming, toning and strengthening the muscles in the leg, butt, hip and thigh area by doing exercises for legs.
You will notice that as the muscles become firmer, they will push out onto the superficial skin layers, resulting in the bumps and dimples fading away as the skin continues to become more even, tighter and smoother, the result is slimmer thighs.
In conclusion, proper structured exercises will get rid of cellulite on legs & butt and keep it away long term. Everything else that is on offer out there is really just a waste of your time, money and self-esteem.

A look at why being fitter is better for you.
If truth be told most of us want to be a lot fitter then we are. It is something we should all be aiming for, a better level of fitness. So where do we all start. Well a quick internet search reveals there will always be something out there that will help with whatever problem you think you have.
Ask yourself ‘are there any benefits to being fitter?’ Guess what, the answer is YES. Fitter is better, fitter equals less body fat especially on the problem leg, thigh and butt areas. You could just diet to become slimmer but your chances of losing weight will be much greater if you exercise too.
A fitter person normally has a lower heart rate which will improve your sense of well being. As you breath harder during exercise this will also increase your lung function. This will enable your body to absorb more oxygen to feed your brain and muscles.
Being fitter can also have a positive effect on cholesterol levels, reducing LDL cholesterol, (which is good), yet helping to raise the HDL level, (which I understand is also good). Greater fitness can also help your heart and lower the chance of having a stroke.
